Framgord has a dedicated salmon processing plant in Aberdeen.  At this BRC; Grade A accredited facility, salmon are produced into fillets and portions.  Chilled and frozen products are produced exactly to customer specification. 

Examples of products are:

Chilled:
Salmon fillets: Trims A, B, C, D and E
Salmon portions

Frozen:
Salmon fillets: Trims A, B, C, D and E
Salmon portions: IQF and VP
Salmon offcuts

We offer a wide range of salmon by products including: heads; frames; belly flaps; trimmings; salmon diced; and salmon blocks.  We are always willing to look at by products to suit our customer's needs.  Whether it is for producing salmon fishcakes or pates, we are usually able to accommodate the type of offcut required.

Framgord has always been known as a supplier of Organic Salmon.  However we now produce over 25 Metric Tonnes of Conventional Frozen Salmon Portions every week.  These are supplied to Foodservice and Wholesale Customers throughout Europe and the UK.  Our business is constantly growing due to only producing these with Superior Chilled Salmon.   These Portions are cut to Specific customer requirements, and have stability of price, due to our contractual purchasing from the appropriate farms.
